Alien Technology Transfer is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant to drive early client acquisition in an international setting. You will initiate outreach, conduct discovery, and collect documents to assess project potential before handing off to the Key Account Management team for closure.

The role requires 1+ year(s) in B2B sales, strong English communication, and a startup-driven, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or B2B roles.
• Coachability and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Warm, articulate interpersonal style for client engagement.
• Fluent English written and spoken (C1/C2).
• Willingness to relocate to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and work on-site 4 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective client leads.
• Prospect research.
• Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and evaluate fit.
• Gather business and technical documentation for funding assessments.
• Collaborate with Senior Key Account Managers for lead handoffs.
• Learn and apply internal sales playbooks and objection handling.
