Alien Technology Transfer is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant in Las Palmas to drive early client acquisition and qualification in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will lead outreach, conduct discovery calls, gather funding documentation, and hand off opportunities to Key Account Management for closure. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus. Hybrid work with 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH in Las Palmas.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing B2B roles.
• Coachability: willing to learn, adapt quickly, and apply feedback to scripts.
• Interpersonal excellence: warm, articulate, engaging personality.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Relocation: willing to relocate to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and work 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective client leads across targeted sectors.
• Prospect research.
• Lead structured discovery calls to understand client needs, build immediate trust, and evaluate fit.
• Gather the necessary business and technical documentation for Funding Opportunity Assessments.
• Collaborate with Senior Key Account Managers for seamless lead handoffs and ongoing account strategy.
• Rapidly learn and apply internal sales playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
