Job summary

The Knot Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Global Systems Compliance Lead to guard our global compliance and tax integrity across 10+ countries. You will translate mandates into robust Vertex/ERP configurations and partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, HR and IT to enable compliant sales, billing and reporting on a global scale.

This mission-critical role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional leadership, and hands‑on tax tech experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems within a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex/Avalara and NetSuite; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of international tax structures (VAT/GST) and e‑invoicing.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country projects and drive ITGC/SOX processes.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into practical system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global Product Owner for Vertex ecosystem, E-Invoicing, and tax reporting.
• Localize ERP/CRM/HRIS systems to regulatory nuances across countries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Audit, HR and IT to ensure audits and controls.
