The Knot Worldwide seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to optimize our financial systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora Revenue, and payment processors. You will partner with Global Accounting, Billing, and FP&A to design, configure, and deploy changes while ensuring data integrity and security.
You will lead UAT/SIT, translate business needs into technical tasks, and collaborate with international teams to support revenue recognition and cash flow processes.
Formación
- Experience with Enterprise systems supporting Cloud ERP platforms.
- Solid understanding of financial processes (Billing, Cash Application, Collections).
- Experience participating in Enterprise level system implementation projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development of system customizations and processes across multiple finance workstreams.
- Document Billing and Cash Application processes and mapping.
- Translate requirements into JIRA tickets for development teams.
- Support Finance and IT audits and data management needs.
- Lead UAT and SIT testing and documentation.
