Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a Global Talent & Leadership Manager to shape the organisation's leadership capabilities and long-term succession planning. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the globe to build a strong leadership pipeline to fuel growth and international expansion.

In this role, you will translate business strategy into leadership requirements, drive strategic talent initiatives and lead global performance and calibration processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and/or Organisational Development.
• Proven advisory experience to senior executives and global leadership teams on strategic talent matters.
• Demonstrated success leading talent review processes and capability planning in complex international settings.
• Experience facilitating talent calibration for leadership populations with objectivity and alignment.
• Strong understanding of leadership assessment, evaluation, potential frameworks and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global strategy for identifying, developing and preparing talent for key leadership positions.
• Lead leadership, potential and talent discussions with senior leaders and promote enterprise-wide talent mobility.
• Anticipate leadership continuity risks and translate business strategy into required leadership capabilities.
• Develop frameworks that combine performance, potential and strategic capabilities for leaders.
• Identify capability gaps and partner with Learning, Talent Acquisition and HR to create targeted solutions.
• Leverage trends in skills intelligence, people analytics and AI-enabled talent management to inform decisions.
• Oversee global performance management cycles ensuring consistency and quality across the organisation.
• Facilitate talent review processes and calibration sessions with executive teams.
• Design initiatives to accelerate high-potential talent and future leadership pipelines.
• Translate talent decisions into development, mobility and retention actions.
