You will partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and global teams to drive reviews, planning, leadership development, and organizational initiatives.

The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution, delivering measurable business impact through capability builds and governance across multiple countries within EMEA.

Formación

• Strong experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Proven experience in multinational environments across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Ability to link talent strategy to business outcomes and transformational initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business priorities into talent strategies and workforce plans for the region.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, identify capability gaps and leadership needs.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning with clear accountability.
• Build leadership pipelines and enable enterprise-wide talent deployment.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on organization design and transformations.
• Drive regional/global talent projects from design to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights to improve performance and governance.
