Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across the organization globally. You will partner with senior hiring managers, the broader Talent Acquisition team, and stakeholders to drive campaigns and talent strategy while communicating effectively with candidates throughout the process.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Engineering and 5+ years of recruitment experience, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience, including global or cross-country roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior hiring managers in end-to-end recruitment for roles globally.
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team on internal and external matters.
• Lead recruitment campaigns from strategy to activation; may own area strategies.
• Identify short- and long-term talent gaps and advise on solutions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice at forums and events.
• Help develop recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Analyze and interpret recruitment data.
