Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for roles worldwide. You will partner with senior hiring managers, drive strategic campaigns, and promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice across forums and events.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this global team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or related area.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, local or global.
• Able to work independently and with others in a structured way.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior hiring managers in end-to-end recruitment for roles globally.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on internal and external matters.
• Lead recruitment campaigns from strategy to activation for areas of focus.
• Identify gaps in talent demand and advise on solutions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant events.
• Develop and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Analyze and interpret recruitment data.
