Fever is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team in Madrid. You will partner with hiring managers across the globe to support recruitment efforts and contribute to Fever's talent strategy.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse is a plus). Fever offers a hybrid work model, health insurance, and great growth opportunities.

• Attend virtual job fairs and e‑meetups to spread Fever’s message.
• Maintain and grow the existing candidate pipeline for future opportunities.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and source high‑quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the hiring teams
• Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
• Provide a world‑class candidate experience
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
• Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e‑meetups, etc
• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Who You Are

• Obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position: from beginning to end, you master the hiring process and prove that you are a valuable asset to the company
• Independent and self‑driven: your organizational skills and remarkable determination mean that high‑volume hiring doesn’t phase you
• Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role
• Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight, and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting
• Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives
• +3 years of experience, preferably including in‑house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast‑growing tech environment is a plus
• A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a similar field
• C1 or Native English and Spanish level, other languages are a plus
• Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse would be a plus)
• Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
