Joko is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end-to-end hiring process across tech, product, design and business teams. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, craft compelling roles, and drive fast, fair closures at scale.

You’ll build proactive talent pipelines, run targeted outreach with AI-assisted sourcing, and contribute to the company’s international growth as we expand beyond core markets.

Formación

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, design, and business functions.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools and modern TA tech stack.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end hiring across all functions, from kickoff to close.
• Build talent pipelines and run strategic outbound campaigns.
• Partner with managers to create job descriptions, scorecards, and interview guides.
