Joko seeks an Operations Manager to own a vertical within our Business Operations team, driving cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, revenue, and product performance. You’ll design scalable, tech-enabled solutions, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with teams across Content, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, and Product.

You’ll thrive when solving complex problems with structured thinking, leveraging automation and AI to push growth.

Formación

Graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or applied science program.
2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with structured thinking and action.
Tech-first mindset with enthusiasm for automation, tooling, and data flows.
Interest in AI as a core lever to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

Own a vertical within the Business Operations team (Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team).
Lead bold initiatives that improve performance and scalability.
Design tech-enabled, scalable solutions to accelerate growth and efficiency.
Rethink revenue funnels, automate internal tooling, and reshape cross-functional workflows.
Drive cross-functional projects from conception to impact.
