Etnia Barcelona seeks a senior leader to build the People function from scratch, driving talent management, organizational design and HR transformation. You will partner with leadership to create scalable HR processes and support rapid international growth.

You will lead global People projects across HQ, manufacturing in China and retail in the US, shaping onboarding, performance management, career development and employee engagement. This is a permanent role with autonomy and competitive perks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People transformation or HR projects.
• Experience in Human Capital Consulting or Organizational Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR or organizational projects.
