Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior IT Consultant Talent Acquisition Platforms to lead a global HR technology transformation. You will drive the migration from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters and support AI-enabled hiring processes across an international organization.

In a highly international environment, you will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders and ensure successful implementations and migrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and CSB.
• Proven experience leading implementations, migrations, or large-scale TA transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 years of SmartRecruiters experience including implementations or migrations.
• Strong understanding of global HR and recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the transition from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters.
• Define target recruiting processes and contribute to solution design workshops.
• Drive implementation, migration, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with global HR, TA, and IT stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered recruiting capabilities.
• Assess impacts on processes, integrations, data models, and reporting.
• Present recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate external implementation partners and vendors.
