Job summary

ARRAY Technologies in Pamplona, Spain is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join onsite. You will partner with business leaders across EMEA and LATAM to attract, assess, and hire talent in multiple functions, ensuring a strong candidate experience and employer brand.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience with international hiring, fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record of building sourcing strategies for a US-based company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple countries.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA and/or LATAM regions.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing strategies and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract talent across EMEA and LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, social media, events, and outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top candidates.
• Provide consultative guidance on talent market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring practices.
