Job summary

Array Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join onsite in Pamplona, Spain. You will support recruiting across LATAM and EMEA, partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire talent across multiple functions.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial roles, building diverse pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries within EMEA and/or LATAM.
• Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Experience with a U.S.-based company and building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent across EMEA and LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, define position requirements, and hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines via sourcing, referrals, social media, events, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and talent assessments.
• Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation expectations, and best practices.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and advocate for the Array employer brand.
• Collaborate with HR and global stakeholders on workforce planning and recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting data integrity and provide regular reporting and hiring metrics.
• Work with global HR to ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices.
• Support employer branding, university relations, talent community, and internship programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and tools.
