Job summary

Maersk seeks a Client Program Manager to lead the global Customer Experience community for a key client, serving as the internal client expert and external advisor. You will guide migrations, driving improvements across SCP and Lead Logistics while aligning with account teams.

Based in Valencia or Madrid, the role emphasizes operational excellence, stakeholder management, and strategic collaboration to deliver value and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in project/program/operational management and/or supply chain management.
• Excellent English verbal, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCP migration projects and drive adoption across the Lead Logistics organization.
• Develop governance and optimization of processes to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account teams (CPM, CX, GSC) to embed transformation in routines.
• Bridge the account team with Migration & Adoption and SME for value creation.
