Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Agent based in Valencia, Spain. You will manage end-to-end shipments, coordinate with shippers, KAMs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely documentation.

You will deliver proactive customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and help drive retention and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor end-to-end shipment process.

• Maintain proactive communication and participate in customer conference calls.
• Support customer retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Comply with customer SOPs and monitor KPIs.
