Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project/program/operational management and/or supply chain management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal, writing, presentations).
• Ability to solve problems and drive value for customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCP Migration Project management and adoption efforts.
• Drive standardization and process improvements to optimize Lead Logistics.
• Create collaboration framework between account teams and migration/SME groups.
• Enhance SCP ways of working to improve customer and end-user experience.
• Bridge the Account team (CPM, CX, GSC) with migration activities to embed transformation.
