Maersk seeks a Control Tower Operations Lead based in Valencia to drive the global logistics network's implementation and ongoing operation. You will ensure operational readiness, govern end-to-end execution, and lead cross-functional coordination to deliver stable, efficient, and customer-focused service.

Formación

• Experience in Control Tower or end-to-end logistics operations.
• Knowledge of multimodal logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proven track record leading large-scale operational transitions.
• Strong ability to influence across functions and levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational readiness activities including process design and go-live planning.
• Establish governance routines to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Own Control Tower standards for planning, booking, milestones, and escalations.
• Embed routing guides, service rules, lead times into daily operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Network Planning, IT, and external partners.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, drive corrective actions.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization and root-cause analysis.
• Manage risks across suppliers, transport providers, terminals, systems.
