Ericsson GmbH is seeking an EL Production Manager to lead a subtitling team across Australia, UK and Spain, ensuring high quality output and optimal productivity. The role involves managing a cross-continental production flow, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of processes.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive performance against client SLAs while coordinating with global teams and HR for staffing and development.

Formación

• Expertise in subtitle production.
• Understanding of Australian file workflows and service delivery metrics.
• Knowledge of UK production and workflows and KPIs.
• Relationships with UK DM, Scheduling, Materials and Resources.
• Ability to balance productivity and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative record-keeping and reporting duties.
• Coordinating with UK Resources for rota changes and leave.
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Managing Australian pre-recorded worklist production and delivery.
• Collaborating with Heads of Production in Australia, UK and Spain, SDG, DM and Resources.
• Identifying and resolving issues and trends in production processes.
• Ensuring high subtitling productivity and accuracy.
