ElevenLabs is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Productions language teams and ensure high-quality global content creation. You will onboard and mentor linguists, implement robust QC processes, and work with product and engineering to streamline dubbing, transcripts, and audiobooks on the ElevenLabs platform.

The role is remote and globally deployable, with opportunities to influence editorial direction and quality standards across multiple languages.

Formación

• Native Arabic speaker or native-level knowledge.
• Experience building and/or running a production team in an LSP, localization agency, media company, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and train linguists (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform.
• Build quality control and monitoring to ensure natural-sounding dubs and audiobooks.
• Collaborate with Productions product and engineering to optimize tools and workflows for high-quality content creation.
• Define editorial line and set voice casting, translation and adaptation principles.
