MindMatch is seeking a Student Experience professional to lead the frontline support for a global cohort across Shanghai, Dubai, and Madrid. You will coordinate logistics, schedules, and cohort operations to keep the programme running smoothly.

You’ll be the trusted point of contact for students’ academic, personal, and cultural journeys, plan engaging events, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience for international students.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 1-3 years in student experience or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and live in multiple cities.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day logistics and cohort operations for the programme.
• Be the go-to for students' academic, personal, and cultural journeys.
• Create vibrant community experiences through events and exchanges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent student support across geographies.
