Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Manager in the Strategy & Execution team to drive cross-functional projects and support the Executive Board. You will build analytical frameworks, business cases, and dashboards, collaborating with senior leaders to translate strategy into action.

The role offers hybrid work and proximity to top management, with exposure to global initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in strategy/management consulting, strong analytics, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years in strategy or management consulting, in corporate environments a plus.
• Strong Python not required; focus on problem structuring and frameworks.
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or Retail is desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver complex analyses in Excel.
• Fluent in English; comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Knowledge of P&L and cash flow modelling is a plus.
• Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate work and prompt engineering.

Aufgaben

• Project-manage cross-functional initiatives and complex programs.
• Create insightful analyses, test hypotheses, and visualise data.
• Develop decision-framing frameworks to simplify problems.
• Lead workshops with senior leaders and prepare exec-level materials.
• Build compelling slide decks for the Board and exec teams.
• Support development of junior team members and knowledge transfer.
