Job summary

Santander Group is seeking an Advertising & Content Marketing Manager to lead international sponsorships, events and brand communications from a base in Spain. The role emphasizes budget control, supplier coordination and a strong customer-centric branding approach across multiple countries.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact experiences, ensuring brand integrity and alignment with business objectives. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sponsorships, events, hospitality and brand communications.
• High level of professional English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and execute international strategy for budget management, sponsorships, hospitality, brand and events.
• Oversee calendars, budgets and supplier management for assets like SailGP, F1, golf and other partnerships.
• Ensure consistent brand application across countries and touchpoints.
