Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Marketing and Activations coordinator to lead the local marketing and communications plan in Barcelona and San Sebastián. You will drive brand activation, manage channels, and build community engagement with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Collaborate with our Iberia team and global experts in Amsterdam to roll out campaigns, local content, and partnerships. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, with a background in hospitality or lifestyle branding as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing and communications role with social media exposure.
• Strong problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, hands-on with drive to grow with the organization.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the Iberia marketing plan across channels (PR, influencer activations, social media, events).
• Manage F&B marketing plan via online and offline channels.
• Localize brand assets and ensure consistency across distribution channels.
• Own local content on thesocialhub.co and manage community newsletters.
• Analyze market insights and deliver intelligence.
• Manage local budgets and build relationships with external partners.
• Handle media/press and influencer relationships.
