Job summary

Grupo Santander is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager (Working Capital Solutions) in Majadahonda, Spain. The role focuses on identifying and developing long-term strategic partnerships, creating innovative working capital solutions, and leading end-to-end execution of joint initiatives with partners.

The candidate will manage cross-functional, international stakeholders and drive commercial performance with clear revenue targets and KPIs, contributing to scalable global programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Working Capital Solutions or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Trade Finance products and Working Capital Solutions, especially Receivables Discounting.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships and complex project execution.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex transactions and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish and develop long-term relationships with strategic partners aligned with Santander's Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions strategy.
• Develop innovative propositions and solutions for clients and partners in collaboration with related teams.
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives and ensure delivery against milestones and commercial objectives.
• Own commercial performance, revenue targets and KPIs for partnerships and projects.
• Collaborate across international teams to drive cross-border initiatives and scalable solutions.
