Medtronic is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager – SCS on the Global Strategic Marketing team. You will set global marketing strategy for our spinal cord stimulation portfolio and lead cross-functional programs, including Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta.

This high-visibility role requires product launch experience and strong business management in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with regional teams to drive market adoption, shape evidence-based messaging across channels, and

Formación

Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience, or 5 years’ experience with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
Prior healthcare marketing experience, ideally in Medical Devices.
Product management experience.
Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Experience driving results in a highly matrixed organization by collaborating across functional boundaries.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

Set global marketing strategy for SCS portfolio and create and execute marketing programs.
Lead cross-functional teams across Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta.
Provide direction and leadership for SCS therapies within the organization.
Drive market share and clinical adoption through analysis of competitors and gaps.
Collaborate on global assets creation, management, and dissemination.
