Medtronic is recruiting a Principal Market Development and Strategic Marketing Specialist to drive market development for cardiac pacing therapies across Western Europe. The role focuses on adoption, launch excellence, and clinical enablement, translating evidence into practical market solutions.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, address barriers to adoption, and deliver customer-ready assets while shaping strategy and execution across multiple countries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 7 to 10+ years in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare or devices.
• Experience launching therapies or products and translating clinical data into customer value propositions.
• Cross-functional leadership within a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute market development strategies for cardiac pacing therapies across Western Europe.
• Identify barriers to adoption and address clinical, workflow, and perception challenges.
• Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches.
• Develop scalable segmentation and prioritization to support regional growth.
