Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead the EMEA Neurovascular marketing strategy, shaping portfolio direction and driving growth across diverse markets.

You will build and mentor a team of Brand Managers, partner with commercial leadership and global stakeholders, and translate insights into scalable campaigns, product launches and lifecycle plans across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in marketing.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in medical device and/or strategic marketing.
• 4+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in large international matrix organisations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Brand Managers.
• Define and execute the annual and long-term EMEA portfolio strategy.
• Drive portfolio growth through innovative marketing campaigns and commercial excellence.
• Develop scalable EMEA marketing assets, campaigns and best practices.
• Build partnerships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and global stakeholders.
• Lead lifecycle management, product launches, and portfolio optimisation.
