Boston Scientific in Madrid is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Axonics EMEA franchise. You will shape regional product strategies, drive launches and partner with sales, marketing and global teams to improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with strong execution skills, cross-functional influence and fluency in English. You will work across regional and country teams to deliver growth, optimize plans and ensure

Formación

8+ years of product management, marketing and/or sales in MedTech.
Experience in regional EMEA environment preferred.
Proven track record of product launches and commercial strategy.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute the Axonics EMEA product strategy with market insights and franchise objectives.
Lead SNM portfolio strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Create and implement product launch strategies, including training and sales enablement.
Support franchise planning with EMEA leadership and budgeting.
Build regional and country product marketing plans aligned to local needs.
Identify market opportunities and translate insights into growth strategies.
Partner with sales/marketing to optimize market development and engagement.
