Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, business development, or related roles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Therapy Development & Market Growth: analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across therapies, segments, and markets.
• Build and execute market development plans and strategic initiatives aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Digital Solutions Development: Lead the planning and execution of Digital Solutions initiatives across Western Europe.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to drive adoption, implementation, and business impact.
• Launch Planning & Execution: Lead product launch planning and readiness activities for Western Europe; coordinate cross-functional teams.
