Nordex is seeking a Head of Global Sourcing-Installation & Service Tools in Spain to lead the Special Tools & Equipment procurement for CAPEX and related services. You will drive a global supplier portfolio and champion source-to-contract excellence across regions.

The role requires eight+ years in procurement, international leadership, and fluent English and Spanish. Travel is expected; strong negotiation, strategy, and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Eight+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in wind industry.
• International procurement leadership with experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and ensure service level availability of CAPEX.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and commercial contracts for CAPEX.
• Mastering sourcing process (source to contract and procurement to pay).
• Management of CAPEX related supplier portfolio globally.
