Nextracker Inc. is seeking a Manager for Strategic Sourcing Mechanical Systems based in Madrid, Spain. In this crucial role, you will drive the execution of sourcing strategies for mechanical products, manage supplier relationships across Europe, and ensure high-quality standards in procurement.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish, with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer focus.

Formación

• 8-12 years of experience of strategic sourcing for mechanical parts.
• Strong experience managing a supplier base.
• Experience collaborating with a global team.
• Deep knowledge about manufacturing process and mechanical assemblies.
• Skilled negotiator, highly analytical, and effective communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Support and drive execution of sourcing strategy across categories for mechanical systems.
• Regional lead for supplier relationships in EU and globally.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and establish partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
