Nordex is seeking a Head of Global Sourcing-Installation & Service Tools in Spain to lead the Special Tools & Equipment procurement for CAPEX and related services. You will drive a global supplier portfolio and champion source-to-contract excellence across regions.

The role requires eight+ years in procurement, international leadership, and fluent English and Spanish. Travel is expected; strong negotiation, strategy, and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

• Eight+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in wind industry.
• International procurement leadership with experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Head of Global Sourcing-Installation & Service Tools (m/f/d) for Special Tools & Equipment department to source manufacturing related machinery, tools and equipment within the Global Sourcing team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead the team and ensure service level availability of CAPEX on both areasLead negotiations with suppliers and commercial contracts for CAPEXMastering sourcing process (source to contract and procurement to pay)Management of CAPEX related supplier portfolio globally

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, law or Business AdministrationA minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in wind industryLeadership in international procurement with experience in strategic sourcing and category management from a relevant industryStrong in negotiation and project management skillsExcellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds and good at managing people networksStructured, systematic and transparent approach to business processesSolution focused mindset good at prioritizing and working under pressureFluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus)Willing to travel *For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is requiredwhen applying.
