Nordex SE in Spain is seeking a Head of Global Sourcing-Installation & Service Tools (m/f/d) to lead CAPEX sourcing for Special Tools & Equipment globally. You will manage international supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure service level availability across sites.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, Law or Business, 8+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel will be required for global initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, law or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in wind industry.
• Leadership in international procurement with experience in strategic sourcing and category management from a relevant industry.
• Strong in negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds and good at managing people networks.
• Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes.
• Solution focused mindset good at prioritizing and working under pressure.
• Fluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus).
• Willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and ensure service level availability of CAPEX on both areas
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and commercial contracts for CAPEX
• Mastering sourcing process (source to contract and procurement to pay)
• Management of CAPEX related supplier portfolio globally
