Baker Hughes is seeking a Software Project Management Advisor to lead Cordant software projects across Asset Health, Asset Strategy and Process Optimization. You will coordinate stakeholders, plan execution strategies, and drive cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in digital/software project management, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital/Software Project Management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project scope with stakeholders and define execution milestones.
• Develop execution strategies, roadmaps, timelines and resource plans.
• Engage with stakeholders to align scope with contractual requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Own project financials including revenue recognition, invoicing and change orders.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and program objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, and resources with proper documentation and communication.
• Analyze outcomes to drive continuous improvement for future programs.
