Antal International Network is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology and digital projects from initiation to delivery. The role spans web, mobile, e-commerce, CRM integrations and coordination with external partners, ensuring scope, quality, timelines and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in IT project management, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication in English and Spanish, with a hybrid Barcelona location.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar position.
• Proven experience managing projects involving mobile apps, corporate websites and e-commerce.
• Good understanding of API integrations, CRM platforms and payment gateways.
• Experience with customer, membership, booking, reservation or business management platforms and their integrations.
• Experience in multi-site, international or fast-growing environments is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic IT and digital projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate the development and evolution of mobile applications and other customer-facing digital solutions.
• Manage the design, development and maintenance of corporate websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee integration with external vendors, digital partners and technology providers.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of processes.
• Gather and define functional requirements with stakeholders and manage testing, deployments and incidents.
• Ensure security, data protection, scalability and performance of implemented solutions.
• Coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
