Page Executive is seeking an executive to define and execute the global services strategy in alignment with growth objectives. The role leads an international leadership team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate has extensive leadership within global service organisations and an engineering background, with a proven ability to drive organisational transformation and service excellence at Board level.

Qualificações

• Extensive leadership experience within global service organisations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation.
• Proven ability to lead organisational transformation and talent development initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global services strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead and develop an international leadership team.
• Drive organisational effectiveness and scalability across a dispersed services function.
• Ensure alignment between service operations, commercial teams and customer success objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
• Oversee service agreements, support models and customer-facing service delivery frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and long-term customer value.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on customer support and service operations.
