Nordex Group in Imárcoain, Navarra, Spain is hiring a Global Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Service KAM Team. You will develop and implement service strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

You will work across Service, Sales, Operations, Legal and Technical Departments to grow revenue, ensure client satisfaction, and promote Nordex services while pursuing win-win resolutions with key accounts.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 10 years experience in Service Operations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement service strategies for global accounts.
• Manage and build relationships with key clients as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Operations, Legal and Technical teams.
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead high-level discussions with client leadership and executives.
• Coordinate communication and access to Nordex products and services.
• Negotiate major technical issues and frame agreements.
• Ensure timely execution of client instructions and contractual obligations.
