Opella is seeking a strategic leader to define and govern its global SAP platform ecosystem, ensuring availability, performance, security and compliance across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will lead a distributed team, drive migrations and modernization, and partner with stakeholders to translate technology into measurable business outcomes. This post requires strong SAP expertise and a proven track record in enterprise platform governance within global organisations.

Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise SAP platforms and ERP transformation initiatives within a global organization.
• Strong expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, BTP, ALM and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technology architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the strategy, governance and operational excellence of SAP platform ecosystem.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, security and compliance.
• Lead initiatives strengthening the reliability, scalability and performance of global SAP platforms.
• Develop and support teams across multiple locations.
• Drive migrations, upgrades, re-platforming and modernization initiatives.
• Define and deliver the SAP platforms technology roadmap across on-premises, RISE and SAP Cloud platforms.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities and continuous service improvements.
• Act as Technical System Owner for SAP platforms.
• Drive platform performance, monitoring, incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Embed cybersecurity, quality and compliance requirements across the SAP landscape.
• Partner with business stakeholders, application owners and service providers.
• Lead and develop a global team responsible for platform operations, lifecycle management and project delivery.
