Opella is seeking an ERP Platform Lead in Barcelona to define the SAP strategy, govern the global SAP ecosystem and drive modernization initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders, application teams, service providers and SAP to enable a reliable ERP landscape.

You will lead migrations, upgrades and platform transformations, ensuring security, compliance and high availability across on-prem and cloud environments. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise SAP platforms and ERP transformation initiatives within a global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the technology roadmap for SAP platforms (on-prem, RISE and BTP SAP Cloud platforms) and integrated technologies, ensuring high service availability and operational effectiveness.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities including migrations, upgrades, re-platforming initiatives and continuous service improvements.
• Act as Technical System Owner for SAP platforms, providing technical governance and oversight across platform components and integrated technologies.
• Drive platform performance, monitoring, reporting and incident management, including root-cause analysis and preventive action plans.
• Ensure cybersecurity, quality and compliance requirements are embedded across the SAP landscape, including support for regulated and GxP environments.
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application owners and service providers to align platform priorities with business needs.
• Lead and develop a global team of internal and external experts responsible for platform operations, lifecycle management and project delivery.
