Sulzer is seeking an IT Lead Expert to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation program from Madrid. The role emphasizes governance, solution design, and rigorous quality assurance across multiple international teams.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and partners to deliver a global template, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities. Fluency in English is required, Spanish encouraged, with about 25% travel.

Formación

• 15+ years of SAP consulting, transformation leadership, or program governance.
• 5–6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation in global programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, and global template design.
• Experience with governance, design reviews, and solution architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality assurance across all SAP S/4HANA transformation program phases.
• Establish quality gates, review frameworks, and acceptance criteria.
• Review designs and deliverables for alignment with SAP best practices.
• Promote Clean Core principles and scalable solution design.
• Coordinate with business, IT, SAP specialists, and partners.
• Review partner deliverables and cost/time estimates.
• Drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
