Opella Healthcare Spain, S.L. seeks an ERP Platform Lead to define and drive strategy, governance and operational excellence of its SAP platform ecosystem. You will lead a global team delivering critical platform services.

Partner with stakeholders, manage migrations and upgrades, ensure cybersecurity and compliance, and optimize performance across on‑prem, RISE and BTP SAP platforms. This is a hybrid Barcelona role with collaboration across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the technology roadmap for SAP platforms (on‑prem, RISE and BTP) and integrated technologies, ensuring high service availability.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities including migrations, upgrades, re‑platforming initiatives and continuous service improvements.
• Act as Technical System Owner for SAP platforms, providing governance across platform components.
• Drive platform performance, monitoring, incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure cybersecurity, quality and compliance across the SAP landscape, including regulated environments.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and service providers to align priorities with business needs.
• Lead and develop a global team of internal and external experts for platform operations and project delivery.
