Zurich Insurance Group seeks a Senior SAM Specialist to optimize software spend and ensure licensing compliance across global IT environments. You will lead SAM practices for Microsoft, Oracle and Red Hat, turning data into actionable insights and driving cost transparency and remediation opportunities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms, maintain SAM standards, and leverage AI to improve efficiencies.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft, Oracle, or Red Hat software portfolios in an enterprise setting.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivots, complex calculations).
• Solid understanding of license concepts, BYOL, and cloud usage in AWS/Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAM methods across Microsoft, Oracle, and Red Hat licensing in global IT environments.
• Drive cost transparency, enable remediation opportunities, and optimize software spend.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and legal for complex software contracts.
• Develop and promote SAM standards, controls, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Leverage AI to identify optimization opportunities and reduce manual effort.
