Zurich Insurance Group seeks a Senior SAM Specialist focusing on SAP licensing and optimization to drive compliant cost management and data-driven negotiations across a multi-country portfolio. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to implement opportunities and mitigate risks within a complex enterprise environment.

You will work with SAP-specific tools (SAP4Me, SAP System Measurement Tools) to monitor usage, ensure transparency of software costs, and support group-wide

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP software portfolios in enterprise environments.
• Experience negotiating with software vendors and in contract management.
• Strong understanding of SAP licensing models and optimization opportunities (incl. SAP RISE).
• Hands-on experience with SAM and SAP measurement tools.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; Power Query a plus.
• P&L calculations and accruals for cost impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide subject-matter expertise in SAM operations and SAP licensing topics.
• Monitor SAP usage with SAP4Me and SAP System Measurement Tools; drive cost transparency.
• Lead negotiations with internal stakeholders and software vendors.
• Collaborate with legal, contracts, and sourcing teams on complex software contracts.
• Identify and drive initiatives for software-related savings and compliance improvements.
• Support day-to-day activities of the global SAM team.
• Maintain stakeholder community and enable information sharing across functions.
• Mitigate risks in a multi-country portfolio and contribute to governance.
