Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Salesforce Centre of Excellence in Barcelona. You will drive requirement gathering, propose Salesforce-based solutions, and create prototypes to demonstrate value across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve processes, ensure scalable delivery, and promote adoption of Salesforce capabilities across multiple projects in a dynamic global landscape.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer in the Salesforce ecosystem with low-code/no-code and data integration experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery models.
• Proficient in Flow, Trigger, Apex, Lightning Web Component, Integration.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Leadership: provide functional and technical guidance and support architectural design review.
• Technology & Innovation: evaluate needs and recommend Salesforce technologies to develop solutions.
• Solution Enablement: build prototypes and designs, drive adoption within the org.
• Delivery & Support: collaborate to review, deploy, and maintain platform processes.
• Engineering Excellence: govern development standards and best practices on the Salesforce platform.
