DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Sales- and Project Manager - Internal Sales to grow the business across EMEA. The role blends commercial leadership with technical project support, coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex water-treatment projects.

Based in Tarragona, or other regional hubs, you will prepare proposals, manage quotations, and track project milestones, while ensuring contract terms, risk management and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service, Contract Management or Project Management in water treatment or a comparable project business.
• Commercial and basic technical knowledge of UF, MBR and RO technologies.
• Experience with large international projects, project documentation and complex contracts is beneficial.
• Understanding of project economics, contracting, payment terms, guarantees, logistics and international trade.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce, CPQ, SAP and project-planning tools are beneficial.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial and basic technical support for project opportunities from qualification to execution through whole project lifecycle.
• Lead the project execution of large projects including coordination with internal functions and customers.
• Support large and complex projects with document control, contract management and structured project execution.
• Prepare integrated UF, MBR and RO proposals, quotations and supporting documentation.
• Act as the interface between customers, commercial teams, and internal functions.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, profitable growth and delivery of agreed project commitments.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, changes, invoicing, payments and customer commitments through project close-out.
