Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Technical Service & Development Specialist to support customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and validate water treatment systems using RO, NF, UF membranes and ion exchange resins.

The role includes on-site visits, customer training, and collaboration with a multinational team. English proficiency required; travel ~60% across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years supporting water treatment systems (UF/RO/NF/IER).
• Experience with field service, commissioning, or troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for RO, NF, UF membranes and ion exchange resins across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with customers to understand water treatment challenges and develop solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits, audits, troubleshooting, and training sessions.
• Support membrane cleaning studies and system optimization projects.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to customers and stakeholders.
