Job summary
Ecolab is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the European GHT engineering team, overseeing opportunities through design, procurement, fabrication, installation and handover. Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Process, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment process design.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on international projects.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe, up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering organisation across Europe.
- Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to qualify opportunities.
- Oversee solution architecture, design basis, scopes and risk.
- Provide senior technical leadership in discussions with customers and contractors.
- Ensure on-time, safe and compliant project delivery and handover.
