Job summary

iPronics is seeking a Sales Operations & Administration Specialist to support growing commercial activities across AI infrastructure, telecommunications, and strategic customer engagements.

You will work with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure efficient execution of activities, maintain high-quality customer engagement processes, and support global growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years in sales operations or commercial administration.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CRM data quality and sales opportunities.
• Support pipeline management and commercial reporting.
• Coordinate quotation, contract, and documentation processes.
• Generate sales and business development reports for management.
• Ensure operational excellence across commercial tools and systems.
• Support execution of customer and partner engagement activities.
• Coordinate logistics for customer workshops and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance and Operations.
